Velaire Aviation was founded in 2026 in El Paso, Texas as an air charter broker: we arrange private flights, we don't operate them.
As a DOT Part 295 broker, we maintain direct relationships with FAA Part 135 operators — including midsize Learjet 60 inventory — and place your mission with the carrier that fits it best.
Every quote we send names the operating carrier, the aircraft, and the all-inclusive price. Nothing is left to a footnote, and nothing changes after you sign.
